General Returns and Refund Policies

RETURN POLICY

The following general returns policy is applicable to all items sold on Postshopgh.post.
1. In general, an item may be eligible for return within the applicable return box if it
fulfills one or more of the following conditions:

  1. Wrong item
  2. Texture or quality problem
  3. Wrong quantity
  4. Quality – damaged product
    Defective
Product conditions
  • Delivery – parts missing
  • Customer change of mind
  • Product is different from what was ordered

2. All items must be returned in their original condition, with price tags intact, user
manual, warranty cards, original accessories and in the original manufacturer’s
box/packaging as delivered to you. Refer to instructions to return items against
each category. We may reject the return pickup if the items are not returned
according to the policy mentioned against each category.
3. Some items may not be eligible for return if you "no longer need it" (including
cases of buyer's remorse such as incorrect model or color of product ordered or
incorrect product ordered).

Return Conditions
Items can be returned within 7 days of receipt of delivery using the Online Returns
Center

• Before returning an item, please check our Return conditions, stated in above, to
make sure your item is eligible for return.
You have 7 calendar days to notify us that you want to return your product after its
reception.
If your return meets all the requirements, your return can be initiated via our Online

Return Form.

• For defective items, note that you have 7 days to return your product. After this
period, we do not accept returns. We advise you to contact the manufacturer if the
product has a Warranty.
• For all approved return application (including every return reason), customer needs
to return the products to the nearest Post office within 7 days, otherwise
return(refund) cannot be executed
• We will arrange at a fee a pick-up at your convenience within 48 hours after you
submit the return request. Note that for Pick- ups we will make one (1) scheduled
attempts. However, after one pick – up attempts, you are obliged to return product to
the nearest Post office.

• We only support return & replacement application, and do not support refund service
yet.

6. Uploaded pictures of items
